Brothers, This year due to COVID, we will not be having our Annual Christmas Party. We have planned an outdoor candle-lite living Rosary in its place to mark the holiness and festivity of the Advent and Christmas Season. Please bring your families and join your brother Knights on Sunday, December 13th from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm at the Council Home as we come together in prayer. Our goal is three-fold: · First: we will pray for the Canonization of Blessed Fr. Michael J. McGivney as we ask for the healing of Brian Hennighausen (Warden John Meredith’s son-in-law who has Stage 4 lung cancer) · Second: we will pray an outdoor living lighted Rosary (with masks & social distancing) for the intentions sent by Council members (*see info below about petitions) · Third: we will celebrate the season and gather for light refreshments. Please RSVP by emailing your petition, number of attendees, and /or volunteer availability to lsbradford@icloud.com ASAP. Please send your petitions even if you are not able to attend. Petitions will not be read, but will be placed in a basket, blessed, and offered as the Rosary is prayed. Notes: · Masks are required and social distancing will be maintained even though we are outside. · In the event of inclement weather, we will be indoors. · Please bring your rosary! We are grateful for those that have already volunteered, but still need help from a few more men/women. Please sign up if you can: Additional volunteers needed for the following: · Set-up: 2 volunteers · Rosary prayer leaders: 2 volunteers · Lamplighters: 2 volunteers · Breakdown: 2 volunteers
